张凌,男,博士,四川大学高分子科学与工程学院研究员,医用高分子材料系(生物医学工程方向)成员。2006年本科毕业于复旦大学生物科学专业;2011年于英国曼切斯特大学生命科学学院获细胞生物学博士学位。2011至2018年任英国曼切斯特大学生命、健康与医学学院Research Assistant/Associate,主要从事细胞内吞转运和内吞体运输必需分选复合物(ESCRT)通路研究。2018年入职四川大学高分子科学与工程学院。参与获得国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。国家自然科学基金“优秀青年人才”项目获得者、四川省学术带头人后备人选、“天府峨眉计划”青年人才、成都市蓉漂人才。工作主要涉及高分子与生物学交叉领域,包括材料-生物相互作用机理及后续生物效应、小体积材料的跨膜运输和信号、新型药物传递材料、新型医疗用材料、高分子及纳米材料的毒性研究等等。此外,对生物信息学、计算数学、生物物理等学科在相关研究中的应用也有浓厚兴趣。与华西医院、华西第四医院、华中同济、川大计算机、中科院植物所等多个单位开展深入合作。

近年在Nat. Nanotechnol.、Sci. Adv.、Nat. Commun.、Signal. Transduct. Target. Ther.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Fiber Mater等杂志上以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文60余篇。以第一发明人获授权中国发明专利15项,转让4项,转化总金额3000余万元;目前正积极开展医疗器械等产品的转化开发工作。
