Biography

Dr. Wang is an associate professor at the College of Polymer Science and Engineering, Sichuan University. He received his B.S. degree in Chemistry from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2014. Then he joined Prof. Xiaowei Zhan’s group at Peking University and obtained his Ph.D. in Advanced Materials and Mechanics in 2019. Dr. Wang worked as a Research Assistant at Peking University (Advisor: Prof. Xiaowei Zhan) and a postdoctoral researcher at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Advisor: Prof. Xinhui Lu) from 2019 to 2022. Dr. Wang has publishedover 30 papers as first/corresponding author in high-tier journals such as Nat.Rev. Chem., Nat.Rev. Phys., Nat.Rev. Mater., Joule, J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Rev., Chem. Soc. Rev., Acc. Chem. Res., etc. Dr. Wang has published over110 peer-reviewed papers with citations over 15000 times and has an H-index of43. 28of his papers were cited over 100 times, 14papers were selected as ESI Hot Papers, and 25papers were selected as ESI Highly Cited Papers. He contributed to 2 book chapters, which were published by The Royal Society of Chemistry and Science Press. He applied for10China patents and 1 PCT patent. Dr. Wang isserving as the Youth Editorial Members ofeScience,Energy & Environmental Materials,Materials Reports: EnergyandView, and independent reviewers for scientific journals such asProg. Mater.
